Our gorgeous lakeside pool home is located in Rolling Hills Estate, less then 10 minutes from Disney. Rolling Hills is conveniently placed for those who wish to explore all the many and varied attractions that Florida has to offer. This spacious four-bedroom two-bath villa with private pool and spa is situated at a Lake and offers master bedroom with King size bed, private bath, walk in closet, cable TV and has patio doors leading to the pool. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed. There are two other rooms with two Twin beds in each. The living room is fully furnished and includes cable TV, DVD, VCR, HiFi player, Playstation 2, Wireless Internet. The formal dining room is furnished with a dining table for 6. The spacious kitchen with family breakfast nook is fully equipped with all the usual conveniences. The house has a laundry room and a two car garage. Baby crib and high chair are available. The pool and spa area are screened. The pool and spa can be heated at additional charge.

Cleaning charge for less than 7 nights stay $85.
Pool heat is an additional $ 25 / day.
A non-refundable booking deposit of US $ 150 is required at time of booking to secure your reserved dates. The balance is required 2 months before arrival. Bookings made within 2 months of the commencing date require the full amount to be paid. Should you need to cancel this reservation you have until 4 weeks prior to your booking date without any penalty. Should the cancellation occur within 4 weeks prior to your booking date there will be no refund. We strongly advise to take out some form of travel/trip insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed this should cover any cancellation s for reasons beyond your control.
A refundable security/damage deposit of US $ 200 is required to guard against any damage done to the holiday villa during your occupancy. This will be returned to you less the costs of any breakage / loss
