Harrisville House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- October rent: Sunday to Sunday $1050 per week.
- Changeover day is negotiable depending on current rental status.
A security/damage/cleaning deposit of $300 will be required upon occupancy and it will be returned when premises is left as it was found. - Landlord lives only ten minutes away so he will (normally) be available upon check in.
