$200 refundable security deposit is required immediately after confirmation in order to hold your reservation. The final payment is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival and is non-refundable at that point. (unless you are booking a date less than 4 weeks away - then payment and deposit should be sent as soon as possible)
The one-time $80 cleaning fee applies for all stays less than 7 nights. This cleaning fee is waived for rentals of 7 nights or longer.
$100 cash referral fee for renters who refer future renters staying at least 7 nights!!

The fully furnished gourmet kitchen has been equipped with everything you could desire for that quick snack or a family feast. For entertainment, the condo includes a plasma TVs the family room and master bedroom along with TVs/DVDs in other bedrooms and a PlayStation 2. For your convenience, we have a brand new pack and play (crib) with crib sheets and waterproof pad as well as a new high chair.
