Cossayuna House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A cleaning fee of $100 will be added for rentals less than 1 week; A pet fee of $50/pet is required.
- Please contact owner for rate details:
A 50% deposit is required with signed contract at time of reservation. The balance of the rental fee plus $250 security deposit is due 90 days before arrival.
Only dogs will be considered due to allergy considerations.
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house. - Per Week: $750-$1295
Per Weekend: $300 (2-night min. stay)
Nightly: $150 (2-night min. stay)
Monthly: $4,500
NOTE: Rental rates are NEGOTIABLE when renting within 1-2 weeks of available date!
