A second large pool, spa, kiddie pool and tennis courts are located beside the condo. Kayak rentals are nearby.
The condo and furnishings are 1 year old and in excellent condition (the pictures do not do it justice). It is a beautiful 3br/3ba second floor corner unit facing east over the Intracoastal Waterway, with some sun on the screened lanai in the mornings, and shaded in the afternoons. Great for relaxing or snoozing while watching the many boats, wildlife and birds.
