Rates include departure cleaning, bed linens and towels. There is a 12% South Carolina tax on rental fees. A $500 deposit is required at booking, and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Dates are reserved upon receipt of deposit and confirmed with payment of the balance. A $150 security/key return deposit is required when the balance is paid. This deposit will be returned within 21 days of departure when the keys have been returned and unit has been inspected following departure. Payment may be made by personal check, cashier's check, bank or postal money order. Check-in is 3:00 P.M. Check-out is 10:00 A.M.

The second bedroom has two double beds, a walk-in closet, is located across the hall from the second full bathroom, and has a panoramic view of the surrounding area. Each bedroom is nicely furnished, and equipped with a TV, a DVD/VCR player, and a clock radio. Linens are provided.
