- The MASTER Suite is a large sized bedroom with nice light and great views of the garden and the 7th green and fairway. Walk-in closet and oversized Roman Jacuzzi tub. The SECOND Bedroom is a generous sized bedroom, that over looks the pool area and the 7th green of the Quarry course. It has built in mirrored closets and custom made built in cabinets. The THIRD Bedroom is the smallest of the bedroom but it still has plenty of space and has a window that over- looks the pool area and second green of the Quarry. It has built in mirrored closets. The FOURTH Bedroom is huge and really cool great for younger guests that may be traveling with you. It sets up as a hideaway! DOWNSTAIRS Bedroom, this room has cable and high speed internet access so you are all set to go, whatever you choose to make do. Mirrored closets provide lots of storage space.

Crystal River Estate Details
The Area - : The Citrus County area boasts eight, crystal clear spring fed rivers that flow into the Gulf of Mexico just 8 miles away offering world class boating, fishing and swimming with the manatees. The area has a natural beauty and undulating topography along with hundreds of acres of national forest, ideal for hiking, biking or horse riding. It’s a million miles away from crowds and traffic, yet, just over an hour from all the attractions of Tampa and Orlando! In fact it’s the PERFECT vacation, location.
The House - : The house is a two story with lots of brick work consisting of 4 bedrooms, three large and one small with 2.5 baths upstairs. There are 5 rooms downstairs with a separate bathroom and shower. It’s a solid house and has been well looked after during my wife’s tenure. (She is one of those people who vacuums before the cleaner comes!).
Great Golf: If you like to play golf there is simply no better choice than Citrus County. There are Five world famous courses in Citrus County. The Pine Barrens and Oaks courses at World Woods (ranked top 100 you can play)along with the majestic El Diablo. There also a great many, (20 plus) very good courses all within 30 minutes and all at very reasonable rates. More… Then there is Black Diamond, quite simply one of the most exclusive golf communities in the world (Ranked 3rd best in the world by Golf Week) with membership fees starting at $75,000 and NO PLAY permitted without a member. However, with prior notice we can usually arrange for at least one day of golf as the guest of a member, during your weeks stay, which will be a once in a lifetime experience.
