Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prefer to rent 1 week or longer.

Security Deposit: Weekly $250, Special Events/Monthly $500.
Refundable deposit if home is found in the same condition as rented.
Cancellation: If canceled less than 14 Days prior to arrival, sorry, no refund.
There is a Non-Refundable $100. Cleaning Fee.
Must be 25 years of age to sign rental agreement.

This beach house has all you need for a wonderful vacation. It is located in the heart of everything. If you like to fish, walk across the street and fish off a pier while watching the sunset. If exercise is your thing, there is a walking path as part of a public park less than 1 mile down the street, or take a stroll down the beach. There are bicycles, boogie boards, paddle ball and many more activities that make for an enjoyable day at the beach. If you bring your children, the popular water park is a big hit with kids of all ages! There is a bowling alley, putt putt golf, movie theaters all within 5 miles. Ormond Beach is not a sleepy beach town. There are many festivals throughout the year as well, so make your reservation today and experience the vacation of a life time.
