Indio House Summary

Located in the Indian Palms Country Club & Resort featuring 27 holes of golf, full fitness center, 5 lighted tennis courts, outdoor pools, restaurant and full service bar. The John Jacobs Golf School is also located here. We are minutes away from the Polo Grounds where many events are held each year including horse and dog shows and the Stagecoach Country and Coachella Music Festivals, . There are also 3 Indian Gaming Casino's, many fine restaurants and the famous 'El Paseo' shopping district within the area. Palm Springs Airport is approximately 25 miles away. Our house is located on the #3 tee box of the Royal Course. It also overlooks hole #2's fairway and green. The backyard has a covered patio with remote control fans, a gas barbeque and an outdoor heater.

The Indian Palms Country Club is located in the Palm Springs area of the Coachella Valley. There are about 100 golf courses in the area with several PGA & LPGA events held each year in the valley. PGA West, Trilogy, SilverRock & Landmark, all hosts of professional events, are located within 5 miles and open to the public. The City of Indio is also the host of the annual Tamale Festival, Date Festival and Riverside County Fair. Hot Air Ballooning is also available.
