This Adorable Cottage is the perfect retreat located right on Beach Road! Less than one mile from Nauset Beach within walking/biking to East Orleans Village shopping, restaurants, post-office, deli, ice cream, and more. Bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed, #2 has a Full Size Bed & a Queen size futon is in the living room. This house does have A/C and there are two cable TV’s with VHS and DVD players. We also have an outside shower! Inside bathroom has shower and tub. There is a large deck and a large back yard for hours of enjoyable use. There is also a gas grill, washer and dryer. No Pets and No Smoking. Security Deposit Required. This lovely house is also available for a winter rental.

A mile to Nauset Beach in one direction - the shops and restaurants of East Orleans Village in the other, this home is privately situated, nice large yard, a full deck with gas grill, relaxed, comfortable living with family room and sliders to patio with enclosed outdoor shower.
