Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Fall/Spring weekly rate: $1300, Holidays add $100
- Fall/Winter/Spring 2 night weekend $550, 3 night weekend $750
Holiday weekends 3 nights $850. $500 security deposit for weekly rentals.
$250 security deposit for weekend rentals. 50% deposit required at time of booking with balance due 30 days prior to check-in. Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellation policy: 100% refundable prior to 30 day check-in. No refunds if cancellation occurs within 30 day check-in period.
