Huge dining room with seating for 14 is perfect for gatherings of a large clan. 2 full, 2 half baths and outdoor shower. Private Patio with gas grill., outdoor dining set and lots of adirondack chairs 5th bedroom & 1/2 bath is in private guest wing with separate stairs to insure privacy from rest of family bedrooms - perfect for a nanny or visiting guests.
Kids playhouse in backyard to occupy them on rainy days. Garage is filled with adult and kids bikes, boogie boards, kites, beach toys, beach chairs and huge beach wagon to carry it all the short walk to the guarded beach. Central A/C just installed. Cable TV, VCR/DVD (lots of videos and games), DW, W/D, microwave (all new appliances). Includes towels, bedding, 8 beach badges and fully outfitted kitchen.
