East Texas Lake: Houston County Lake is a beautiful quiet lake nestled in the woods of East Texas. We consider it one of the areas best kept secrets and think you'll agree. We live near by and are here to help but will not hinder. A basketball hoop is located on the lot next door and you are welcome to use it. Sit on one of the many decks and watch the deer or just enjoy the silence that we all often forget exist!
Locally: There are too many things to list. We have many antique shops and one of a kind restaurants. Just take the time to do a little virtual exploring before you arrive through our website! We are eager to help you have a great stay and work hard to keep the home in pristine condition.
