  • State Lodging Tax of 6% + Comal County W.O.R.D. Tax of 4% on rentals shorter than 30 days
  • Rental available weekly -Rental #1 - 6 nights from Saturdays at noon to Fridays with noon checkout. $750 for the week. Extra nights at $140 if/when available. 4 night minimum stay available if dates possible at $150 per night. 2 night weekend rate if available at $200/night. Lessee must be 24 years of age or older
    Rental fee along with $300 security deposit paid in advance; security deposit will be refunded promptly within 2 weeks of day of departure if house left intact, clean, and in order. Advance payment secures and reserves dates of rental.
    No smoking allowed in either house and no animals allowed. We wish to maintain this house in such a way that it can be enjoyed by everyone, including those who have allergies to tobacco products or animals.
    Not abiding by any of the rules above will forfeit security deposit. A 1 week cancellation policy is in effect.
