Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Sedona rental ordinance prohibits less than 30 day occupancy. Please inquire for further information
- Jan-Dec $3600-4800/monthly discounts. Rates vary by number of guests, season and holidays. Days and weeks do NOT have to from beginning to end of a month.
All time period inquiries welcome. We also due multi - month rentals at discounted rates. Please contact us for details - $ 150.00 to $250.00 Cleaning Charge; Cleanings may be scheduled bimonthly or more for our monthly guests at additional discounted rates $500 Reservation/Security Deposit which is fully refundable following departure after completed full term reservation and according to terms and conditions of reservation...
If more frequent cleanings are requested, please ask about discounted rates.
