Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are for one party, up to a total of five persons.
MC and VISA, personal checks, and cash are accepted - 25% deposit at time of booking for stays under four days; 50% deposit at time of booking for stays over four days; three-week advance-notice cancellation policy: for cancellations more than three weeks in advance, we refund deposit less a $25 handling fee; for cancellations under three weeks, we charge for the stay and also issue a certificate of use good within a year, advance reservation for use of certificate required
