Aloha and welcome to the ' Hale Luana Maui ' Condominium. In Hawaiian 'Hale' means home and 'Luana' means to relax and enjoy your setting. So kick back and relax 'Maui Style' at this beautiful place!
The Chef's Kitchen boasts solid granite countertops, Stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinets. There is everything you need in this kitchen. There is even an Oceanview from the 5 burner Convection oven.
The spacious bedroom has a new King size pillow top bed and lots of pillows. Hand carved Teak headboard and Koa framed Maui pictures. There is a 21 in. TV/DVD flatscreen so you can snuggle up to a good movie before drifting off to sleep. Air conditioning, ceiling fan and plantation style windows allow you to create the perfect sleeping temperature.
In the living room is a Sony 37' HDTV Plasma TV/DVD/CD and a Sony theater surround sound system. Brand new sofa sleeper with a thick Queen mattress.
This ground floor oceanfront condo is truly amazing!!!

This Oceanfront Resort is located in West Maui's Premier Resort area. The grounds are full of palm and plumeria trees in addition to many varieties of tropical flowers. There are only 52 units on this 2.5 acre oceanfront resort. Watch sea turtles and whales (winter season) play out front while you enjoy a Mai Tai on the Tiki Terrace. There is a shuttle pick up in front of the resort that goes to many popular visitor destinations. Within a mile is a full service grocery store, Farmer's Market and many restaurants and shops.
Your reserved and free parking spot is 30 feet from your front door for ease with luggage, groceries, boogie boards, kids and golf clubs. Out your back door is the ocean, pool and the famous 'Tiki Terrace'.
The 'Tiki Terrace' is the only over the ocean deck in Maui. It seats 40 people and has 3 full size Weber gas BBQ's to cook on.

This ground floor oceanfront condo has Sunsets that will last a lifetime! It is loaded with everything you need from beach chairs and a cooler to the famous 'Maui Revealed' book. We have a library that has a Hawaii Atlas, books on surfing, Maui pictures, Mt. Haleakala, Soduko, and 'The Road to Hana' CD and Map.
In the Kitchen the fridgerator has filtered water and an ice maker. A full size dishwasher is also a big plus. There is even Kona Coffee waiting for you to start your morning.
A 5 minute walk down the road is a Farmer's Market every Mon/Wed/Friday that has tons of fruit, vegetables and flowers.
