Imagine yourself relaxing on our large, private terrace overlooking the turquoise Caribbean sea. Watch the yachts and sailboats pass by while taking a refreshing swim off the beach in front of our property. Enjoy breathtaking Caribbean sunsets while sipping your favorite drink in our oceanfront jacuzzi. The villa features a large living room opening onto the terrace and a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Our spacious Master bedroom as well as the guest bedroom has A/C and their own bath with shower. Amenities include cable TV (40+ US channels), wireless broadband internet, CD/Stereo, washer, fully equipped kitchen and private parking. Check-in: After arrival at the airport you’ll receive your rental car from one of the biggest and most reliable car rental companies on the island. We will meet you there and guide to our property. During your entire stay we are available anytime for questions or problems that might occur. We look forward to welcome you in our little paradise.

Pelican Key Villa Details

Policies: We require a 30% down payment to secure a reservation, the remaining balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. In case of a cancellation, we fully refund your payments up to 90 days prior to arrival. For cancellations with 60 days notice we charge 30%, with 30 days notice 50% as a cancellation fee.
