Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- (30 Day Minimum rental required due to town ordinance)
- Vacation Rental Agreement must be signed to reserve the home and will be faxed or emailed upon request.

$1000 deposit required to reserve dates, and will be applied toward balance of rental fees.

Rental Deposit due within 5 days of reservation.
Balance of Rental Fees, tax and Security Deposit Due 30 days prior to arrival. Security Deposit (minus damages, if any) will be returned within 10 days of departure.
As required by law, state and local taxes will apply to rentals of less than 6 months:
