It has a very peaceful and tranquil setting with a slight ocean view and has just been beautifully refurnished with new appliances, carpet, paint and counters. The bedroom has a large Simmons “Beautyrest” King bed, with 600 thread count sheets and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. The suite comes with a 42 inch LCD television with HDMI DVD player in the living room, a 32 inch LCD television with DVD player in the bedroom, high speed wireless Internet, remote controlled ceiling fans in dining/living room and bedroom, cable and AM/FM stereo/cd player. Also, there are two beach chairs and blanket and one assigned garaged parking space. It has been specifically designed with privacy doors to the living room and bedroom, providing much of the convenience and functionality of a two bedroom, while maintaining one bedroom rates. It is a fabulous executive suite that overlooks a tropical garden

Oceanside Condo Details
Attractions: Oceanside is conveniently located between San Diego and Orange County, you are just a short walk, drive or train ride from a myriad of activities and attractionsfrom downtown Sand Diego to Los Angeles. There is 1-1/2 miles of white sand on the blue Pacific with picnic areas, playgrounds for children, a “putting” green, and a pier with a restaurant at the end of it. There is plenty shopping, restaurants, boat and water rentals in walking distance.
Golf: There are a number of award winning golf course just a few minutes driving, including Four Seasons Resort Aviara Golf Club and the La Costa Resort and spa. A brand new golf course, (The Crossings) just minutes away, is opening in August of 2007.
