December 20 till January 2th: $1,200. USD per week - * $160.00 usd Extra Day
* $300.00 usd Security/Damage deposit fee (refundable if no damage occurs)
* $50.00 clean fee.
* $100.00 Per week for A/C connection. (electricity in Yucatan is extremely expensive, bedrooms are well ventilated and all have ceiling fans so A/C is optional and not always needed)
