Santa Fe Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Holidays and Indian Market rate $210/night and 1week minimum, unless owners agreed otherwise.
- Notes on reservations and cancellations/refunds:
Reservations: We accept reservations on a first-come first-serve basis. A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of initial payment via Visa/MasterCard. 50% of total rental and cleaning fee is payable upon booking. Balance is due 30 days PRIOR to arrival date. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival require full payment upon booking. Home instructions are issued after full payment has been received. Please call to book your reservation.
Cancellation/Refund: If property is re-rented to another party, at the same rate, for the same period, all monies will be refunded less 10% transaction fee. No refunds will be made if the property is not rented for the reserved period. No refunds will be made for late arrivals, early departures, or if number in party decreases - Low Season: November - March nightly rate is $120
Mid Season: April, May, and October nightly rate is $150
High Season: June-September nightly rate is $190
Holidays and Indian Market rate $210/night and 1week minimum, unless owners agreed otherwise.
