Ko Olina Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Promotional rate is not available during peak holiday periods and is subject to availability.
- While our rate will be more in line with lower end properties that either have less expensive furnishings or less space or not as nice of a view or a combination of all three, our place will not be like that.
This is our own personal home and we have finished it out with high end features such as $10,000.00 mattresses, authentic Koa Wood furniture, etc.
Taxes are 13.962%. Rates are plus tax. Daily housekeeping available for additional $50.00 per day. Mid stay housekeeping is available for $200.00 which includes cleaning and replacement of linens (towels and sheets). - Selecting daily housekeeping includes making the beds, folding and hanging the towels, sweeping, dusting and vacuuming, cleaning the windows, taking out the trash, loading one load of dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Hotel type service cleaning an 1,880 sq. ft. villa. The equivalent experience to staying at the Ihilani and spending $2,500.00 per night for a suite.
