Built in 2007, this 2 story home has a spacious second floor with a combined living and dining room, a master bedroom with ensuite, and a full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The arrangement of the rooms gives Ahipara Bay and the Tasman Sea visual prominence that may push outings to the back page and make 'relaxing by the sea' the only order of the day. Also an internal garage with an opener is available for your use. The beach is a short drive or walk away. You have both the Pacific Ocean and the Tasman Sea as your beach playgrounds. In addition, this area attracts surfers from all over the world.
