A 50% deposit is due with booking: A 50% deposit to hold your reservation is due when you complete and sign the rental agreement. Deposits are fully refundable if reservation is cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival. Cancellations between 30-60 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit full deposit payment unless we are able to rebook.
