The Master Suite has a King-sized Bed and beautiful window views. The Guest Bedroom has 2 Twins and the Living Room offers a Queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped and hosts a pass through window counter/bar to the lanai making entertaining a breeze! You'll find yourself drawn to the extra large Lanai where sunrises and sunsets become a part of your routine. Under a canopy of Monkey-Pod trees the bird songs will enchant you.

For a deposit refund, less a $100 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date during Low Season. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, during Low Season, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued. For a deposit refund, less a $100 fee, cancellation is required 60 days or more prior to arrival date during High/Peak Seasons. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, during High/Peak Seasons, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued.
We highly recommend purchasing Traveler's Insurance to avoid a last-minute cancellation loss of any rents/deposits paid. -
$300 deposit required for requested dates to be reserved. Deposit will be held until check-out and immediately refunded if there are no damages beyond normal wear & tear of property. Balances are due 30 days prior to arrival date for low and high seasons and 60 days prior to arrival date for peak season. If booking occurs less than 30/60 day time frame, full balance is due upon booking along with deposit.
