Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning charges are included in the rental rate.
- Holiday weeks, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and School Vacation weeks are available at a rate of $1,700 week.

50% Deposit is required upon booking to hold reservation. Balance is due within 30 days of reservation. If reservation is made less than 30 days prior, full balance is due upon booking.
Deposits can not be refunded unless a replacement booking can be found.
