Just a few steps from the front door of this beautiful condo is a giant-sized pool surrounded by tropical plants and trees. Since the condo complex has only twelve units, the pool is rarely crowded. If you prefer the beach, there is an access about one-hundred yards away. The condo is tastefully decorated in island colors and furnishings. The full-sized kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and accessories. The beautifully decorated bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, and cable TV. For your convenience there is a washer-dryer.

Walk to the beach and restaurants-ride the 'wave' (free shuttle bus) to Isla Blanca park and watch the dolphins play-world class fishing in the gulf of Mexico or the Laguna Madre is not to be missed. Just over the border is the shoppers haven in Matamoros, Mexico. During the summer, then sky over the bay is ablaze with Friday night fireworks. The choices for family entertainment are endless.
