Local Management Helps Out: One problem with many direct rentals is that owners live far away from their property. (We live in Memphis, TN). To ensure comfort and service to our renters, we work in conjunction with a local management company in Gulf Shores. Check-in is easy and convenient, and guests have a local resource to handles questions or concerns. We think this arrangement works best for everyone.
