Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Seasonal Rate: Memorial Day to Labor Day is Available for $16,000.
- Security Deposits: Security deposit in the amount of $500 is required for all bookings. The security deposit is to be paid by separate check and will be deposited in a non-interest bearing checking account at Sturdy Savings Bank. Deposit will be returned to tenant within thirty (30) days of termination of lease unless the owner submits in writing a claim against the security within ten (10) days of termination. Claims will be paid immediately to owner and a copy of the claim along with the balance, if any, of the deposit will be forwarded to tenant. All security deposit disputes will be handled through Small Claims Court.
- Default/Cancellation: The lease terminates upon default of any payment. No payments will be returned to tenant in the event of default or cancellation, until the leased property has been re-rented with no loss to owner. If the property is not re-rented, the tenant remains liable to the owner for the full balance due.
