Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $225-$1500
- A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due within 7 days of the taken reservation. We accept: Personal checks or Money Orders. We can accept PayPal plus a 3% convenience fee. The balance of the rental fee plus a 6% MI Use tax is due 30 days prior to arrival. Also due at that time is a refundable Damage and Excessive Cleaning Deposit in the amount of $200.00. Property must be left as found. A total refund will be given if no damage, missing items or excessive cleaning needs to be done. Cancellation/Refund policy: refunds for reservations will be given if you give notice 90 days prior to your intended reservation. If cancellation is after 90 days, we will apply above only if we are able to rent cottage to another family as well as a 10% processing fee.
Please note during the summer we only rent by the full week (Saturday to Saturday). Weekends are only offered during our off season if available. - We have two other cottages on the property: Maple Grove and the Pines.
