- Rate for holiday weeks are $7500 during Off-peak and $8500 during Peak seasons.
- Holidays are Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.
- Refundable security deposit: $2500.00 for weekly stays, and $5000.00 for monthly stays.
