Brewster House for Rent: Comfortable home near beaches and amenities - Property 162715

Bay beaches: This is a wonderful area for both resting and for enjoying many of the advantages of the Cape. The bay beaches must be timed depending if you want a full tide, low tide or something in between. The Brewster flats are famous for being able to enjoy some sea life as the tide retreats. Bosting has to be timed to entering or full tides. Permits can be purchased at Brewster Town Hall. the Natural History Museum is a must, and Paine's Creek has a tributary that can be negotiated from the museum to the beach on tubes. Plenty of good fresh food and seafood shopping nearby. In late June and throughout July to early August, there is a Cape Cod Baseball League. Players are college students who have excelled in their sport. The Brewster White Caps play on a field that is walkable from the house, and offer a different sort of entertainment. The site is easily accessible by car to the National Seashore, Monomoy Island (seals) and whale watching from Provincetown or Barnstable.

Outdoor eating: One of the great things about this house is the large screened porch with large rectangular table and six comfortable chairs. There are additional chairs that can be pulled around to sit at least 8 and 10 in a pinch. There is also an additional folding table that can be used if necessary. There are many mosquito's and other bugs in the evenings on the Cape, and thiis porch will assure your comfort. Our neighbors are envious!
