All Rates include many extras: Free private swim dock, at least one free dessert, great beds, ironed sheets & completely furnished kitchens and bathrooms.
Peak Rates Memorial Day - Labor Day are based on 8 guests. Add $200 for each additional guest up to 16 maximum. Add $20/night for boat slips. No charge for use of private swim dock.
Peak Rates for 4-5 nights are higher per night than Peak Rates for 6-7 nights (weekly).
Additional Fees Apply for Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter Getaways.
Spring Winter & Fall Rates include free boat slips, at least one free dessert and vary depending upon sleeping location.

- In addition to these bedrooms, there is one queen sized sofa-sleeper in the East Quarters Family Room. Bedroom three is a half room located between the East Quarters and the Lodge. The Meadow house also has a bunk bed with a bottom double bed, located in the Family Room. The East Quarters and West Room adjoin the Lodge. The Bunkhouse is a separate, sleeping only space, great for teens and young adults, located next to the Lodge. These guests use the Lodge or East Quarters Bathrooms The Meadow House is located down the lane. Queen sized beds are covered with ironed, scented sheets, fluffy blankets and beautiful quilts. West Room adjoins the Hot Tub Room and is typically used by B&B couples only. West Room Guests go through the Hot Tub Room and back into the Lodge to use the Lodge Bathroom.
