Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $2,195 Month, $95.00 to $105.00 per night or $545.00 to $645.00 per week depending on the season.

$2,195 a month any time of the year. Low season Jan,Feb,Sept,Nov - $95.00 a nite or $545.00 per week. Mid season Apr,May,June,Oct - $100.00 a nite or $595.00 per week. High season Mar,July,Aug,Dec - $105.00 a nite or $645.00 per week.
Last minute booking discounts are available!!!!!!!!! Please E-Mail for prices. Rates are in US funds 3 night minimum stay required. Week-long reservations are made Saturday to Saturday, however, we are happy to accommodate your preferred arrival day as availability allows.
Pool Heat Optional $75/week (Recommended October-April).
Stays of less than 14 Days add $85 Cleaning Fee.
Prices Do Not Include 12% Florida Sales/Hotel Tax.
$150.00 Deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to stay.
Cancellation Policy; Deposit Refunded up to 30 days before date of stay. - Plus a security deposit of $250.00 due prior to arrival and will be refunded within 7 days after departure providing there are no damages.
