Russian River House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $240.00 per day (USD) / $1,440.00 per week (seventh night is free)

Cleaning Fee: the one-time mandatory cleaning/linens fee of $120
Security Deposit: $400 for 3 nights or less and $800 for 4 nights or more, refundable within 14 days after checkout provided there's no damage and the home is left as it was found.
Policies and Rules for Bookings: All our rental agreements are subject to the policies and rules set forth in the Rental Agreement
Maximum Occupancy: The total number of people that our house accommodates is 7 - this includes all children over the age of two.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3pm or after. Check-out time is 11 a.m. There are no late check-outs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Sometimes during the non-peak season we accommodate an early check in. - $240/night

Dacha is the Russian word for a house in the countryside, a peaceful retreat where you can relax and enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds you. Riverside Dacha is conveniently located just 3 minutes west of downtown Guerneville (right off of River Road). The Dacha is a short distance to a private Russian River beach, spas, restaurants and shops. Armstrong Woods State Park, the spectacular Sonoma coast, the town of Healdsburg with its world-class dining, and dozens of local wineries are a short drive away.
