A spacious dining area then leads to a comfortable family room with leather couches and a 52 inch big screen TV. This level also has two bedrooms - one with a King bed and one with a Queen and a full bathroom in between.

The lower level features three bedrooms plus the Master suite. Bed configuration for these bedrooms is a Queen, a Queen and a twin, and a set of bunkbeds. A tidy, professionally finished laundry room is adjacent to the bunk bedroom. The Master suite has a King bed, a 36 inch TV, and an attached sunroom with a twin bed and a baby crib. The beautifully appointed Master bath contains two sinks, a jetted tub, and a separate shower. This level also has the game room which has a pool table, wet bar, fireplace and a TV to watch your favorite game. The large covered hot tub is on the deck adjacent to the game room.
