- A deposit of 50% is requested at the time of booking, with the remainder due one week before the reservation begins. Cancellations must be received by 12 noon on the 7th day prior to the first reservation day. National holiday weekends have a 3 night minimum stay.
- Guests are requested to sign a simple rental agreement prior to commencing reservation. Check-in is 3pm, Check-out 11am, both times are flexible depending upon the cabin reservation schedule.

- The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds. Two playpens can be set up anywhere in the cabin. The upstairs loft has a Queen and a Twin Bed, and is accessible via a spiral staircase. We even provide a small tent for adventurous kids! All linens are provided.

Strasburg Cabin Details
Child-Friendly Amenities: The cabin has been child-proofed with gates, outlet protectors and cupboard locks. Infant/toddler gear is located on the property, including a high chair, playpens (2), diaper pail, booster seat, twin bed rails, and some toddler toys.
About the Water: The cabin uses well water, so when you take a shower or use the kitchen sink, you may smell sulfur - the locals would call this a bonus, as they swear by the healthful properties of the water. There is a shower but no bathtub, and there is no washer/dryer, but linens and towels are provided and there is a laundromat in town.
Other Activities: Freshwater quarry with sandy beach, civil war re-enactments, Valley Baseball League
