- Cleaning Fee is included in weekly rates, . Rates include City/State tax, total 11.5%. Deposit of $500 is required to reserve. Cancellation Policy: Cancel 60 days or more in advance of reservation, full refund. Cancel more that 30 days, but less than 60 days prior, Owner retains $250.00. Cancel less that 30 days prior to check in, deposit non-refundable. **If owner is able to rent condo at same rental rate, full deposit will be refunded.

Amenties:: Indigo has the largest and most beautiful pool on the key. Fountains and sitting area available. Escape into the shade and watch the children play in the grass area. Hot Tub and Gas Grills also surround pool area. This property also includes an Amenties Floor which includes a complete Fitness Room with bath and shower area. A catering kitchen, bar area with living area can be reserved for your family and friends to enjoy. Then just walk across the hall and reserved the private theatre. This can be used to watch DVD movies or your favorite Football game.
Local Area:: This beautiful quiet area of North West Florida is a little piece of paradise. Enjoy over 30 major golf courses within a 45 mile radius including the newly renovated Arnold Palmer signature designed Lost Key Golf Club only 5 minutes away. While some golf others love to shop. We have great boutique shopping and the Rivera Outlet Mall only 20 minutes away. After a day of fun and sun enjoy your evening in one of our many excellent restaurants. Fresh gulf coast seafood cooked anyway you desire. After dinner wander on down to the famous Flora-Bama for some live music and dancing. Our island offers something for everyone. Jet-ski rentals, parasailing and deep sea fishing also available or just rent a sailboat from one of our many marina's and enjoy the day.
