- Cleaning fee is $150 plus 12% tax. You are required to make a $500 non-refundable reservation deposit when booking a property. This will hold your reservation until 30 days prior to your arrival, at that time your rent, tax and cleaning fee are due in full. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We also offer a $45 Accidential Damage Waiver Fee. This $45 fee protects you in case of any unintentional damages up to $1500, that may occur while you are renting the property. We also recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance for your trip as rental payments are non-refundable. , Your $500 non-refundable reservation deposit is applied to the final amount. You will be charged a $45.00 ACCIDENTIAL DAMAGE INSURANCE POLICY FEE instead of the $500 damage deposit. Some conditions may apply. Your credit card account number will still be held on file in case of smoking inside residence, pets on premises, or excessive cleaning.
