- $2,690 - $2,890 per week
- Rent covers full occupancy of the home and furnishings including utilities, internet, consumable supplies, all applicable taxes and basic cleaning fees.
Applications must be accompanied by a Rental Deposit check for 50% of the total rental amount, and a separate Damage Deposit check for $1500 which may be postdated to two weeks prior to occupancy. Balance of rent is due upon occupancy. Damage deposit is fully refundable by mail, less the cost to repair or replace damaged or missing property.
Rent deposits will be refunded if cancellation is received at least 45 days in advance for one week rentals, or 60 days in advance for two week rentals, or with less notice if home can be re-rented at the same rate for the same time. (A $50 Cancellation / Re-booking Fee will be deducted from such refunds.) Payment my be by cash, personal check, or money order. Sorry, no credit cards. - Note: Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of a completed application form and deposit checks as stated above. Applications are considered on a first come, first served basis. Rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed.

- • Bathroom #1 adjoins Master Bedroom #1 on first floor. Tiled floor and walls; toilet, sink and cabinet, and large walk-in tiled shower. • Bathroom #2 adjoins Master Bedroom #2 on second floor. Also accessible from the hall. This bathroom serves all other guests and can get crowded; but the bathroom is large and well equipped with shower and tub, toilet, double sinks mounted in a long counter top with cabinets under, and extra towel bars. • Bathroom #3 in the Cabana. 1/2 bath toilet and sink. • Outdoor swim shower provides hot and cold running fresh water, and a wooden standing grate over a french drain. It is located outside and adjacent to the sliders into the Cabana. This shower is very convient for rinsing off the salt water after your swim, or sunbathing. Air dry while reclining in the near-by hammock!

- Master Bedroom #1 is a suite/family room, located on the ground level. Room includes king-size platform bed, bluestone fireplace, and great water views of the Sakonnet Passage. Furnishings include love seat, easy chair, dining table, 40' 1080p HDTV. An eight-foot glass slider leads to patio and beach. Suite has private bathroom with tiled shower. Master Bedroom #2 is on the second floor; king-size bed, dresser, desk and comfortable rocking chair. There is a connecting door to the bathroom and an eight-foot sliding glass door to the deck, with views of the garden and the water. Bedroom #3 is also on the second floor. It is furnished with two single beds, a desk, and table. Three windows with nice cross ventilation. Guests on second floor share the bathroom with bedroom #2. We also offer an Inflatable queen-size and two single inflatable beds in the Cabana--a 13' x 17' finished recreation room under the deck. Sheets, pillows, pillow cases, blankets, comforters provided.

Notes:
• State of RI has a good mosquito abatement program. Flying insects are rarely a problem in the house, on the deck, or at the beach. All windows and doors have screens if needed
• House is cooled in the summer primarily by fresh air from the ocean and is usually quite comfortable.
- Evenings are cool, and the sleeping is restful, usually with a sea breeze and the sound of waves on the beach. .
- A variable speed attic fan is provided for cooling the whole house when cool air is needed and there is no breeze.
- Various floor and table fans are available to meet individual preferences.
- A 12,000 BTU window air conditioner is centrally located in the library for use on the occasional muggy days when nature and electric fans are simply insufficient. There are also 5,000 / 8,000 BTU air conditioners in all three bedrooms and they are sometimes welcome on muggy nights. The Cabana is also air conditioned.
