This Is A Lot Of House For The $$$Money. House just underwent a small cosmetic update this mar 07'. This included: most new beds, bedding, decor, furnishings, outdoor furniture, and game room additions............ This house will most likely be undergoing a huge re-model Jan 09' and would be done by may 09'. (pending building plans & indoor pool approval.).................. It will be called the 'Big Buck Lodge', & will be done in the grand upscale lodge theme. It will feature a Private full size heated Indoor infinity Pool,( w/ retractable room enclosure that opens fully in warmer months.) Pool edge will appear to drop off the side of the mountain!!! (We are also a custom pool builder and this will be 1st of its kind) new kit, baths, extra bath, floors, furnishings, decor, mega equipped game room, 2 hot tubs, Plasma TVs, etc....
Considering the upcoming remodel,(listed right above this) book now for any dates, including 08' or 09' , and receive our current pricing. (most likely will save you considerable $$$.) This special subject to change at any time.
