Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rentals Start 3:00 PM Saturday through 10:00 AM Saturday
- All rentals are subject to a 6% Maryland tax and a 4.5% County room tax. A refundable security deposit is required with the final rental payment 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be processed within 10 days of the return of the keys to the unit less any costs for repairs or excessive housekeeping charges if property is not left as required.
