- Spring, fall and winter: Prices quoted are for up to 4 occupants, $50 additional per week per person, $40 additional per weekend per person.
Summer: rate is up to five people, each additional is $75 per week up to seven total
Holiday periods, holiday weekends and school vacation weeks carry an extra fee. Cleaning fees are ~$125, sometimes higher, sometimes lower, depending on length of stay, beds used, # of occupants, etc. Usually 125-150 for summer weeks though. We are always partial to small parties of under five people. No pets.
