North Goa Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rs 8000 / night (3 nights minimum); Rs 5500 / night (weekly); • Rs 4500 (monthly) for 2 people

Rates quoted are for 4 persons.

• Rs 6500 / night (3 nights minimum)
• Rs 5000/ night 7-21 nights
• Rs 3000 / night per month
Rates quoted are for 2 persons.
Additional persons are an extra Rs 1000 per person, per night.
Please note that this cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people. - Check-in 2:00 p.m.

Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds once the booking is confirmed. Credits may be used for future stays within one year, based upon availability, if cancellation is done more than 30 days before the start of the rental.
Security Deposit
A 10% security deposit is due upon arrival.
This will be returned at checkout - less any damages.
Payment
A 50% advance is required to confirm booking.
Balance amount is payable minimum 14 days prior to arrival at the Little Paradise cottage.
The paymentcan be received via electronic funds transfer (ECS).

- The Valley Bedroom Suite has a large ensuite western style bathroom with plenty of natural light. It has a large indoor tub and shower facilities, and opens to an additional outdoor shower and bathing area adding to the charm of a tropical holiday. Hot and cold water is available.Washing machine. The Garden Bedroom Bathroom is also western style and has hot & cold water facilities with a large shower area and natural light.

- The living room opens to the airconditioned Valley Bedroom Suite (sleeps 4) through sliding wooden shoji doors. The spacious bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV, a DVD player /music system, wifi connectivity, lounge chairs, a library of books and magazines and is cheerful with bright rugs and curtains. A queen size futon allows for seating and opens to sleep and extra person or 2 children. Spacious cupboards and a locker is provided along with fresh linen, towels and an ironing table. The bedroom opens through wooden sliding shoji doors to a large private balcony with the goan style inbuilt seating and a stone table… just perfect for that morning cup of tea or sunbathing. Bathroom attached The smaller airconditioned Garden Bedroom is housed seperately below the main cottage upper unit has large bay windows, twin beds, cable TV, books and an attached pantry area with ensuite bathroom with shower facilities. The bedroom opens to the front lawn of the house. Bathroom attached.

The main upper unit consists of an elegantly furnished spacious living and dining area (dining seats 6), an open kitchen format fitted with all modern appliances and cooking range, refrigerator with freezer, all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery and storage cupboards.
A large master bedroom adjoins the living area has air conditioning, cable TV, broad band internet facilities, a DVD player /music system…and houses a queen size bed and a comfortable futon which can open to another queen size bed with ease in the room. The bedroom has inbuilt cupboards and opens to a large sit-out balcony overlooking the valley. The master bathroom is spacious and has a geyser, a large indoor tub and shower and also opens to an exotic outdoor shower and bathing area, adding the magic to a perfect relaxing & tropical setting.
The living area, kitchen area and bedroom open to large sit out balconies where one can have breakfast, barbecue dinners or just entertain.
