San Pantaleo Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- * Prices include: Water and gas consumption, electric energy consumption up to 300KW/week (energy consumption in excess will be withheld from security deposit) – 1 set of bed linen per bed per week – 1 bath towel per person per week – Pre-Cleaning of the villa and maintenance of the garden- all taxes.
* Prices do not include: The following items are payable upon arrival to the Owners or their representative:
- Refundable breakage deposit : Euro 500 for each villa (this amount will be returned to Guests upon departure).
- Final Cleaning: Euro 150 for each villa.
- Please bring your own beach towels
A check for the full rental amount is due prior to arrival
Changeover is on Sunday - The Villa is divided into two entirely separate dwellings connected through double doors at the kitchens. Each sleeps 8 - comfortably, and can be rented separately or together. When rented separately there is plenty of privacy with separate gardens, eating, parking, etc.
Note: There are 4 bedrooms in each side (dwelling) of the villa. The villas are connected at the kitchens. Each side can be rented separately by up to 8 people, or they can be rented together.
