Easy and friendly atmosphere and yet very private. For relaxing vacations, honeymoon,
anniversaries and even weddings, our place is so unique and quaint, you'll want to come
back again and again as most guests do. Glass paneled cottages give everyone a good view
of the bay. White sand beach front. 2 docks to sit by and cast fishing poles. Sail away to
discover islands. Kayak or pedal away along the coastline. Watch the manatee's that
frequently visit us right at our docks. Sit down, relax and watch the beautiful sunset
view right at the Tiki Hut on the bay. Swimming in clear Caribbean water. Sailing the
incredible Key Largo coast. Or watching distant clouds riding a tropical breeze along the
horizon. You're home... at the Key Lime Sailing Club. So get your feet wet! Come inside to

This Offer is for our Dolphin cottage!! 22' Sailboat & Cottage U Get Both for $140 per Night at no extra cost.+ A shared Rowing Dory, Canoes, Kayaks, Paddle Boats, Floaters, Snorkel/Fishing gear, as well as awesome sunsets and frequent manatee visits. Remember to book as early as you can to secure your preferred dates.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $140 to $200 per night for the low season and $175 to $225 per night for the Peak season

We have 4 cottages to choose from a studio type that can sleep 2 adults, studio type that can sleep 2 adults with 2 kids, a one bedroom cottage that can sleep 2 adults with 2 kids and two bedroom cottage that can sleep 2 adults with 3 to 4 kids. - Peak season starts DEC 16 and ends July 30. We now have 7 units and we require a minimum booking of 5 nights. Peak season rates are in parenthesis Each of our places is so unique. We hope you will return and to try all of our cottages, as many of our sailing friends do. Remember to book as early as you can to secure your preferred dates. We require a deposit of $500 in order to confirm reservations. We are not able to accept credit cards. We can only accept your personal/cashier's check or money order

- The Jungle room is originally part of the fishing camp back in the 50's which has now been decorated and custom painted by a local artist who shares the same name as the popular sailboat (The Morgan). Our Jungle room has a king size bed, 1 bunk bed accommodation for two kids in a separate room open to the main room, rattan furniture, apartment size kitchen with full size refrigerator, 4 burner gas stove and oven, complete kitchen and dining utensils, full size tiled shower, towels, linens, its own private fenced in yard with a jungle setting, including picnic table, BBQ grill and hammocks. This cottage has Air conditioning. The Beautiful Sailfish Cottage is right in front of the bay and has its own tiki hut facing the water with my personal favorite, a tiki shower for 2 containing 4 relaxing shower heads. It's a freestanding cottage which sleeps 2, with a queen size bay view bed, compact refrigerator, range, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, cable TV and air conditioning.

For the tranquility of all guest, normal occupancies is 2 adults per unit, if allowed (on a case by case basis) an additional adult will be $15.00 per night. There is never an extra charge for kids under the age of 18. FREE use of the Sailboats, Rowing Dory, Canoes, Kayaks, Paddle Boats, and Floaters, Snorkel/Fishing gear, as well as awesome sunsets and frequent manatee visits are always free with cottage rental. We have 6 sailboats right now – two 22' O' Days and four 22' Catalina. You can swim and snorkel right off our beach or dock. Plus there are plenty of great sailing adventures to be had like our mangrove jungle cruise (A key lime exclusive not on any published maps), snorkel a sunken boat, or find a deserted island beach (charts included) and many other interesting and exciting destinations to explore.
