Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All taxes, cleaning fees, hydro surcharges & service charges INCLUDED!
- Deposit of 25% required to reserve, balance due 45 days before arrival.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, & certified cheques.
Deposit is non-refundable, but transferable within 1 year of arrival date.
Once the balance is paid and you have to cancel, it is non-refundable, BUT we make every endeavour to re-rent the apartment for that time period, and if we do, you are credited the amount of the rental minus any additional advertising costs. (For example, 'specials' on this website are charged an extra fee per week of advertising). - We also have a discount with a local car rental agency for our guests! Details provided with the booking.
Your cottage is cleaned prior to your arrival, and after you leave. For longer term rentals, you may arrange extra cleaning at your own cost. There are laundry facilities at the Cottage.
Please note: There is NO SMOKING in the apartment! You may smoke outside on the patio, but not inside. You will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee if you smoke inside, as it requires all the comforters and accessories to be dry cleaned as well as the drapes, the carpeting and sofa must also be shampooed.
