This spacious, private 1 bedroom apartment takes up the entire ground floor level of a large 3-storey house in the East End of Grand Cayman. It walks out directly to a stunningly beautiful sandy beach, lush with vegetation and palm trees, with great swimming and snorkeling.
This apartment has been newly renovated & freshly painted in a bright, colourful Caribbean tropical theme. There is a new, king-size bed with headboard, beautiful yellow comforter with matching sheets and colourful Caribbean artwork on the walls. There is a large living room and fully equipped kitchen with full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all cutlery / utensils / dishes. Pull-out sofa in living room. Cable TV & DVD.
The views from all windows are spectacular. There is an 8' wide by 30' long patio with lounge chairs, and the piece de resistance is a large, built-in whirlpool overlooking the Caribbean Sea!

Deposit is non-refundable, but transferable within 1 year of arrival date.
Once the balance is paid and you have to cancel, it is non-refundable, BUT we make every endeavour to re-rent the apartment for that time period, and if we do, you are credited the amount of the rental minus any additional advertising costs. (For example, 'specials' on this website are charged an extra fee per week of advertising). -
We also have a discount with a local car rental agency for our guests! Details provided with the booking.
Your cottage is cleaned prior to your arrival, and after you leave. For longer term rentals, you may arrange extra cleaning at your own cost. There are laundry facilities at the Cottage.
Please note: There is NO SMOKING in the apartment! You may smoke outside on the patio, but not inside. You will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee if you smoke inside, as it requires all the comforters and accessories to be dry cleaned as well as the drapes, the carpeting and sofa must also be shampooed.
