Weekly Rentals- A $250 - $500. Refundable Deposit will reserve this home for you.
We rent to guests 18 yrs and up but Monthly Rentals & Groups under 26 yrs have a $1000. Refundable Deposit.
Rental payment and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival, Call for exceptions.
Groups under 26 yrs pay the deposit pror to arrival, rental amount is due at check in.

Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival date or deposit will not be refunded.
