San Miguel de Allende House Summary
This is a fabulous, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with million dollar views! There are three terrace levels with full views of the Centro area and evening sunsets. It is located above Juarez Park and is a 10-minute walk to the Jardin (main square). Off street parking is available.
On the main floor is a lovely and comfortable living-dining room; a large kitchen with island seating; and master bedroom suite. Off of the living room is a spacious covered terrace with additional seating and dining areas. On the lower level is a casita with two bedrooms and garden terrace with a nice heated pool.
On the top floor is the ‘Mirador’, our new master bedroom suite with a separate entrance; sitting and dressing areas and spacious bath. Just off the bedroom is a covered terrace with panoramic views of the city
Our street is quiet with no through traffic or bothersome street noise.
There is high-speed Internet and a Vonage phone.
Also included is a maid who is a great cook, 5 1/2 days per week.

San Miguel de Allende is a vibrant community located in Guanajuato, Mexico, nestled on a hillside with a spectacular view of the Guanajuato Mountains. San Miguel de Allende is filled with cobblestone streets, old mansions and centuries old cathedrals. The town is located four hours from Mexico City, and is home to two major art institutions. Wander down the streets and discover 18th century mansions, lovely fountains and historic monuments – all reminders of San Miguel’s illustrious past. San Miguel also has a surprisingly large number of very good international restaurants. In fact, San Miguel has a reputation for having the best “small town” dining in all of Mexico. Shopping is also very diverse. A special artisans’ market sells traditional crafts, furniture, ceramics, folk art, silver jewelry, tin, glass and more. One block north of Calle Mesones is a traditional covered market that sells fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers and meats.
